Its a nice series, and a good introduction to the anime 'Sports' genre. Unfortunately, it didn't sell well, causing FUNimation to drop any options for distributing the 2nd season... The series also offers up one of the wimpiest main characters ever offered up in a Anime series...

Oh yes I have watched this anime Big Windup and it's pretty good but some of the characters in this anime are just strange but some of the scenes in this anime are just hilarious.
