Blue Something...

A friend and I are trying to figure out the name of an anime that was on adult swim a long time ago. I think it was called Blue Faction or something like that. It was kind of Starship Trooperish with giant bugs taking over the country and setting up hives. Does anyone know what this is? I know it's not much to go off of but if I'm going to find an answer I bet someone here knows. Please help Thanks
