Thread: Code Geass

As a courtesy of other members of Anime Online, before asking about other people's opinion of a series, you should start out by saying what you think of the series first...

As for myself, I just finished the last episode of the first season on DVD. (Golly gee, what a cliff hanger they ended this season with!!!) AFAIK, 'Code Geas' is the only Anime TV series that took a 'Notable' Anime TV award at the Tokyo International Anime Fair for it's year, then have it's sequel grab the same award in a later year. Some OVA series have done this (Studio GONZO's 'Yukikaze' did this, due mostly to its delayed and prolonged production over multiple years) but this is the first time a TV series has done it...

(And the R2 won't start coming out on DVD until the middle of summer... foo!)

Finally a thread for CG fans!
If you ask my fave character is Lelouch/Lulu(ZERO)

I like Code Geass cause:
1.Lelouch has mercy killing(for those who haven't really deserve to die like Shirley and those who is get his way anyway).
2.The stroyline is great it was set in the present time but it was like Medieval Period(You know when there was a flashback after Shirley died Charles andd V.V.(Vivian is his real name!)It was like the age of knights really!
3.The character's attitude are alright and you know what Suzaku is just a protagonist who think he can crushed the Britannian Emipre inside but it ended Suzaku joining Lelouch to do the Zero Requiem!
4.The fighting scenes is wicked and every character in the scene shows no mercy killing!(KIRA!? ei!?)
5.Lelouch is switching moods in the series like going good-bad-angry-sad-NO MERCY KILLING!

Sorry for this but you spelled nightmare wrong it is spelled Knightmare(XD don't get mad at me XD^^)

My personal fave Knightmare is the Knightmare of Li Xingke(in r2!)

My favorite knightmare is lancelot albion. The one that Suzaku pilots in R2.

My favorite character is Lelouch. I really liked how he plans his strategies and when he puts them into action. They're amazing. He's also kinda funny that's why I liked him.
I also liked Gino Weinberg because he's funny and I like that side of him and his friendliness.

The reasons why I liked Code Geass: (I'll make it brief!..)
* The character designs
* The story and the characters' individuality
* The slight humor of the anime
* The songs (even the background song)
* How Lelouch deceives others specially his enemies

The sense of humor of Rivalz and Shirley was kinda funny in some eps(YEP in some eps in the first series was the preferbaly greatest!)Its funny and also Gino's sense of Humor i funny too!

The backgrounds songs are good too!(especially the Black Knights song!)
