Im not sure if this question's been asked, but here it goes...
Could someone recommend some dark, depressing, suicidal anime, like really dark stuff?
Im just in kind of a bad mood right now and want to watch some depressing, dark, suicidal stuff.

Now these are the series I recommend as shock therapy for the 'goth' inclined...
First is the shoujo equivalent of 'Neon Genesis Evangelion', the series known as 'Saikano' (a.k.a. 'She, the Ultimate Weapon')...

And as the last resort, there's a series distributed in Region 1 under the name of 'Now and Then, Here and There', which delves into the subject of child soldiers, torture, child rape, mob violence, and a mad leader bent on destroying the world...

It's brought me out of my bad mood a bit,
Mostly due to the fact that the way Shuji describes Chise in the beginning, it kinda reminded me of the girl I like... (the reason why Im in the mood in the first place)
Its weird how similar Chise is to her, they even have the same hair? Maybe it's just me thinking about her a little too much >< Adunno.

It is a common theme in dark anime yeah. Probably an emotional link to WW2. Alot of them seem to involve child soldiers as well. Not sure what that is from, though.
Jin Roh Wolfbrigade was very depressing. That might suit you, sounds similiar to "now and then, here and there."
