I like action/adventure animes that are backed up by good story. There are couple of things that turns me down:
- main characters that are super fast growing in power compared to other chars.
- main characters who are so good deep inside of they soul, that they cant kill even fly. They fight but always let enemy survive.
- animes that don't develop more then 2 or 3 characters.

I rather prefer fighting genre anime it more fun just to watch. As for other anime some are ok unless they are very complex to understandong to begin with. As for the season some anime do go with it and some are prelexed, but I like best bleach, tengo tenji, and gundam some of them only....
i like Miyazaki Hayao because it always gives me something heart-warming.

The genres that I prefer for anime would be Martial Arts,Romance,School Life.I like these genres better than the other types of anime genres because I'm more of a person who likes a lot of action when the anime characters are fighting and I intend to like the many life styles that take place in school.

I'm really into animes with violence of some sort. Doesn't really matter what the genre is as long as some butt kicking is involved. I do take particular interest in fighting animes such as Tenjho Tenge, Ikkitousen, Air Master, etc. Those get my blood flowing *-*; I also love animes with Mechs or a good anime with pure randomness. Keeps it from getting too redundant and stale. But then when Im in a rut, I'll look up a movie of sorts such as Jin-rou Wolf Bridgade or Appleseed or Akira. Classics but fantastic
