Describe your favorite Anime Genre! - Page 27

Me? Um... dark, mysterious, serious... no that is my favourite type of guy... MAGIC of some sort is always good!

I like modern fantasy, or medievil fantasy-based stuff.
Action and well choreographed fight scenes is also a must for a lot of shows for me. xD
I'm quite partial to the odd TASTEFUL romance, or romantic comedy.
But I'm also every bit as partial to the odd coupling genre's or contraversial romance storys.

Basically something with a deep and involving story or an epic is always my cup of tea, in any case. <3

It SOUNDS like it encompasses a lot of stuff there, but to be honest, it doesnt. Very often if I dont like something after the first half hour, I'm just like, BLAH, and I switch to something else. A show needs to take my attention and GRIP IT for me to really stop from flitting off to do something else. :3 It needs to keep me in my seat.

My genres would be action, shoujo, fantasy, romance, magical girl, horror, mystery, and comdey.

i to am into vampirire animes but i lean more into manga than anything.right at this moment in time my life revolves around vampire night (aka the BEST manga e-v-er )

i'm very open to anime, but when i'm really in the mood for anime i look for some thing with horror, or drama, or comedy, and then sci-if. i just love when the anime has all 4 of my likes in anime^^

Mine has to be action, which naturally means shounen. I like gore, bloodshed, and destruction, so this is a natural genre for me.

I don't watch shoujo as much, coz I think it's just childish. Even so, I won't refuse a good shoujo if someone recommends one that should be taken seriously.

my most-like anime ganre is about romance at school ..such as SPECIAL A has ..hihi

..also anime with actions !!!

i kind of miss the straight forward, kick ass action.(DBZ)
Afro Samurai brought some of that back though.
Mainly because how entertaining it is to watch, and a lot of it is hand drawn.
