I buy all of my anime; it's nice to have not just the show itself, but all of the extras. Besides, if you look around, you can find really good prices.
I only buy the dvds of my favorite series and dl the majority of the anime I watch. It would be way too expensive to buy all the series I wanted to watch.

Nah I dont well for that point I dont watch anime that much... I like manga better.
if it's not unlicensed in the US I doubt the cops can do anything thats why you can find subd version of Naruto and other animes on P2P programs.

You can always buy imports, which aren't nearly as expensive as domestic DVDs. Unfortunately, most imports (at least most of the ones I have) don't have any extras, or additional features other than the language and subtitle options.

No, not bootlegs; in fact, one of the sites I buy imports from is an advertiser on AO and other websites. Also, all of my imports are copyrighted by their respective distributors.
hell yes, I would prefer to but them rather than download them. First of all If you just take care of them they will last and you can borrow them, and they are nice to look at some times for collection as well. If you download them and your computer starts having issues you can't see them...its not the same.
