Sounds like Avatar. Were you talking about the Fire, Wind, Earth, And Water? It could be Avatar. If you are talking about it, the girl's name is Gotara. (I don't know how to spell it. XD) I don't know about the other things you said.

i watch soem shows at AXN..but i can't recall watching it...i just remembered watching that legend show..(can't recall the title..)
