It's Lucy from Elfen Lied!!! The greatest anime in the world...

But the anime is full of violence and blood, still it has something soooo wonderful in it... a really sad story behind everything, behind every character... I've cried with every serie I've watched

The best thing in this anime is that it has only 13 series...
