Dragon Half - where can i view it for free?

Hey i'm trying to find an anime series called Dragon Half, but i don't want to buy it so im looking to see if I can view it for free. if anyone has any sites to view videos, like youtube.com, please tell me.

Are you sure the anime is not licenced. Because, if it is, this forum can't really help you as it is illegal to distribute licenced anime.
