~ I used to not like anything that's related to Mecha, other than Gundam series, but Eureka Seven really caught my interest for various reasons. One of them is, it has funny moments, not just the usual robotic, heavy-metal destruction. The character designs are great as well.

Yeah, it just you... Actually, 'Eureka Seven' took a best TV series award at this year's Tokyo Anime Festival, sharing the same distinction as previous award winning series, such as 'Full Metal Alchemist' and 'Gundum Seed'... With a 50 episode series, they do have lots of time to reveal the plot. I've been told that the series become much darker during the second half...
That was it I remember lol ~ when I posted I forgot what Eurika 7 was ~ I hate anything like Gundum lol... all those werid machines... gah I don't like it >_<
Be a little open minded, and give it a try. ^_^ .... I am sure you will gain some interest if you watch some episodes. How many episodes have you seen anyways?
