Akio Ohtori!
well...even though he has a rather large fan following, I honestly didn't like him in the series. He's a great villian, I have to admit though. Very smart, very evil, yet he also is a metaphor for a fallen angel, not to mention it has a great plot involving him and Anshii.

sousuke aizen in bleach....he's really mean and smart...and he's cool too...and another one is uchiha itachi from naruto...he got some cool technique...

im would have to be sephiroth from final fanty 7 he is the best in my book

Sephiroth wsa a hell of a villain and I am surprised I did not see him on this list sooner. He was almost my number one.

Sousuke Aizen is probably my favorite anime villain. He's kinda twisted in his own little way and he's extremely smart and strong.

hmmmm tough one i had to have a few days to think about it now they are

sephiroth: FF7
genisus:FF7 (yes i know he wasnt realy in the movies) i still have the final act of loveless in my head (and the rest)
madara:naruto, even though we havent seen him proply you hear about how he's pure evil

I must say, Tyki Mikk from D. Gray-Man.
Not only is he one sexy guy, he also is quite a deep character with a unique background and personality.
