Opening - Ichigo 100% ( I thought it matched the anime perfectly and it was a nice song upbeat and romantic )
Ending - Monster 1st ending ( In my opinion this has to be one of the best songs for anime period although its rather short David Sylvian cuts to the point... superb song! )

My fav anime opening and ending song...hmmmm...I like all of them but you asked fav right ? so then let me tell you about my fav opening theme song and ending theme song. My fav opening theme song is from Big Windup (Ookiku Furikabutte) anime series since this anime series is based on baseball i really like this anime specially opening theme song because in this anime visuals are so good and the song is very pure (Specially the voice)!

...and there is another one more opening theme song which i like soo much; guess what it is from my fav anime series; ya that's right it is from honey and clover i like this song because it is sing by a little girl....her voice is very cute and very innnocent and the other reason because this song made from a wonderful animation you know a plate, a biscuit and lot more thing are animated seems like they are alive..ahh man is reall really good here is the video link for this:-

And talk about ending again i prefer Big Windup anime, I like the ending song of this anime series because of the female voice is very good and specially all the friends are going together home; here is the link:-

Airmaster (IDK I just really like it)
Air Gear (Idk just really like it)
Hunter x hunter (both of the opening titles to this anime, but the first one was the best)
Trigun (I always thought it was cool how when they're rolling the opening credits how the song kinda goes with whats going on on screen)
.hack legend of twilight (it's kind of a cute song, plus it has some english words in it)
Chobits (Not really sure why, I guess it's kind of a catchy song)

Fatal Fury the Motion Picture (makes me cry everytime)
I don't honestly watch closing credits very often so...don't have many favorites there.
I like, the new opening theme for Naruto, and my fav. ending would have to be... the 2nd ending theme for Inuyasha
