i think it was to pay tribute to those who had died..........or it could be because of those infected with geostigma?

they represent a dead friend. when a friend no longer exists people usually wear a ribbon on their arms. this has also happen to Eddie Guerrero. people like rey mysterio wears the ribbon with EG on it.

i think they been doing that for a long time now. what else can they put on their arm?

i thought that they wore the ribbons to protect them againest status effects just as it did in the game. Or it could be just a sign of friendship?

What!? I didnt notice that in the movie....i mustve bin paying attention to something else...
