You can try going on websites and stuff or just download it from somewhere, most of the time I think it takes at least 3 months till the next issues comes out(well at least where I live anywayz), but thats all I know.

If 19 recently came our for you I would wager you're either in Australia or Singapore and are buying the MadMan Entertainment version or in France getting the Delcourt (?) version.
Tokyopop have taken on far too many new series to keep up with so are really laging behind on all series releases, not just FB.
For you though, MadMan have released a volume a month. 18 came out in July and 19 last month. The relase for 20 is set to be next month around the 11th.
After that there's no release dates.
For the french version Vol 18 came out on the 14th of June with a release every other month, and there's no date for volume 20.
For the Japanese version volume 21 is set to be out September 19th.

Oh, and to the girl asking how long it continues for, we should be on the last volume now at 23. Takaya plans to end the series before the end of this year and there wouldn't be enough time to do a 24th volume or enough material. It's into the conclusion now so it should end very soon.
