is this anime any good? it seems like it could be interesting, but i dont want to buy it until i know.(youtube has let me down

I liked the anime. Who doesn't like loli-assassins? Cute and deadly, w00t.

Gunslinger Girl is some what a controversial subject, brainwashing 10 year old girls into assassins, doing all the dirty work for the adults. Its a struggle to keep their humanity and to get their innocence back. Its a short series with 13 episodes, the manga goes farther, but adv is being a douchebag for discontinuing the manga - along with Aria - bastards.

Don't expect too much action though (although I hasten to add that there's a decent amount). A lot of the story had to deal with the relationship between "fratello's"
