Gunslinger Girl 2 licensed by FUNimation

    Grumble Grumble Grumble

Personally, with the ending of the original series, I thought that a sequel wouldn't be necessary... But for fans of the 'Gunslinger Girl' series, a second season was made in Japan, and today, FUNimation has officially announced the Region 1/US license for this product...

The Official Gunslinger Girl 2 Anime Web Site from FUNimation Productions, LTD.

So how many of you look forward for the official US release???

    YES!!! ME! I DO!

*ahem* anyway, I am very exited that funimation got the liscence for it already. they did a very good job on the first series, and I expect they will continue to do so in the next one.

Funimation does some of the best dubs from all the companies, methinks.

This is great news and I'm not only glad that a second season was made, but also that Funamation picked up the series so soon. I'm lookin' forward ta when they start showin' the series here in the U.S.

I'm looking froward to it! I felt there was too many unanswered questions plus I want to know more about each of the girls. I didn't think the first season had enough of a conclusion to end the series. I am glad FUNimation picked it up, the first one was well done by them.

well, there wheren't that many unanswered questions in my opinion, it was just that i wanted there to be more episodes. however, a series really can stagnate if drug out too long.

I cant wait until they release it
