Thread: Gurren Lagann Movies

What was or is the Overveiw of the series again,? Just to refresh my mind

Everyone lives in the ground.
Humans take a stand.
Humans start a civilization.
Aliens want to extinct the human existence because of population.
Humans win.

Short and simple

You know I really don't like it when they mix the two, and with the exception of Endless Waltz anime series inspired movies have sucked in my opinion but I would say wait for more feedback from someone who has scene the movies.

I've seen the first of the 2 movies... The first is faithful to the TV series, up until the start of the final battle against the Spiral King Lordgenome, which starts to introduce twists to the order of events from the original story line...
