Kanon is a Romance harem drama at hits heart with very little comedy or action. but I can see where you coming from, seeing as it is based on a Hentai Game.

If you're talking about rumbling hearts, I'm pretty sure that is mainly a romance. And I'm pretty sure it had a few moments of, ahem, but nothing too far for it to be considered hentai, at least from what I remember.
After all, I remember seeing commercials about it, and they don't usually make hentai commercials, at least none that I've seen around here.
