Oh my Gosh, I couldn't agree more. One of my friends is absolutely obsessed with that stupid game. Why couldn't PlayStation make the .hack//Series a real online multiplayer game. That would be awesome.

I'd make a great Wavemaster.

Anyway, I'm a huge fan of .hack// but I'm rather broke now so I can't afford all there is of the series now. I have all of .hack//Sign and the first game (I had the second game and beat it, but without the anime disk that came with it I gave it back. I hope I can find the game with the bonus dvd soon.) I also have the manga for Legend of the Twilight Bracelet as well as many of the novels, but I fear I'm almost too far behind now.

I can't wait until I'm able to watch the newer series though, regardless of them not having Balmung in them. Heh.

remember when at the end that character transformed into that monster for outbreak, they could have ended the show without doing that, but they did that to further draw out the story for an continuation and that was Outbreak, because the ending suggested that the story continues and the other series don't really connect the dot's like the first

they always leave off without really ending the story.

I can see where your getting at. To me .hack//SIGN ended nicely but also left it open.
