Happy or Sad endings - Page 3

though some animes have sad endings that were done really nicely

i like both of the endings , every end express the story how it should end ^_^ ...

but there is animes that the end dosen't go well with it , and i think man people have seen that .. i can't tell what the end of any anime we watch the end will look like ... but in my opinion the story deserve to be sad or happy and that is a very big effect on our feelings ... =^_^=

I really dont like sad endings cuz they reallly make me mad

especially if the anime is really good like death note i was really upset with the ending but it made sence once i thought about it.

Agreed.
Shows you life isn't always going to be peaches and cream. So I prefer the sad ones next to happy ones, they're so very much twisted and surprising.

well, for me it's 50/50.
happy endings often are annoying, all the joy rainbows and so and so, but sometimes you just need it.

and sometimes the ending is sad, but you feel positive, because some how it leaves a hope.

i totally agree. ending that are too happy are annoying
sad endings just make me wanting more.

i hate endings that don't tie up all the loose ends.

I like sad endings.....
cuz if it is a Sad Ending, the next event the heroes of the story ,stay alive and happy with their on love endings....(^_^)

I can't really think of any seriously sad endings in anime, but I do remember that some bits of Howl's Moving Castle (Officially my second favourite movie of all time!) made me feel tearful on the odd occasion. Plus, there's that bit near the end of Kingdom Hearts II when Sora, Riku and Kairi finally meet, but Riku doesn't want to be a part of it anymore. That always makes me cry.
