    this is my first time doing this and all I am a big anime fan if anyone would pop in and give me a couple of quick pointers it would be greatly appreciated

    Inu Yasha, Naruto, And Hellsing are all very good but I voted for Inu Yasha. I would recommend Coyboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Rurouni Kenshin and it's OVAs which ADV named Samurai X due to copyright BS, Tenchi Muyo Ryo Ohki, X tv, Cardcaptor Sakura, R.O.D., and Peace Maker. There are many more quality shows but those are a few of my favorites.

    i voted inu-yasha

    the quallity of the other movies isnt as high as with the anime
    however the inuyasha movies are just as good as the tv show
    which is why i voted inu yasha
