the website i use to go to before my school blocked it lol was <site pirated licensed manga series removed> it has lots of anime to watch and the site is in english...but the anime isnt however it does have subtitles and i recomend going to it. some of the show on the top of my head that they have is Black Cat, DeathNote, Ergo Proxy, Bleach, Spiral, and many more

you can download full eps of chosen animes but it'll take much time..

It appears that some people have trouble distinguishing between licensed and unlicensed anime series...
