Thread: help me remember the name of this movie!

I'm trying to remember a name of an old anime movie I saw back probably 97-98. It had a chick who always fought with her hands bound by some like bandages and I remember her saying it was a fighting style developped (primarily by women) in prison. if anyone knows let me know it had some really good fighting scenes in it!
