Yup hell girl's Awesom. ! I love those cute little straw dolls lol XD I wish I had one , not that I wantto send any one to he'll , hell no XD. However the third season was a dissappointment mitsuganae sucked ! XP

I agree. I've watched every episode of High School of the Dead three times already. I LOVE IT!!

My favorite thus far has to be either Lain or Paranoia Agent. Both of which are from the long since dead Geneon. The store in Paranoia Agent is a bit weird but still a great anime.

I think you would really like Requiem from the Darkness (also called Hundred Stories). It's very dark and focuses on a writer who travels around to collect ghost stories and ends up becoming a part of them. He often meets up with a group of detectives that are extremely shady and almost always mixed up in the supernatural happenings and who bring those in the wrong to justice, often brutally. There is a very strong focus on morality and how it gets bent, as well.

higurashi is a must watch in my opinion
though it's a bit gorish.

I would reccommend shiki(tv). Its amzing, has lots of killing, and a pretty good story to it.
