    How Anime Affected you?

    i have seen alot of members using anime names ,or even post a few fan fics
    or poems , but qhat i want to know is how its affected you in your way of thinking or how you think anime has changed you .

    example before i was hooked on anime i was pretty much a board guy
    lacked idea's for poems and i was never intrested in sig's and AMV's
    wich i now love because i have had lots of ideas and its what has brung
    me to AO to share my idea's and thoughts woth others and learn more
    my days have never been more intesting or full of fun, sure im 33 but i can
    honestly say that anime has really added zest to my life when it comes to idea's
    and the like.

    ok that was my example but i would like to know what anime has done to affect you.

    I watched anime since I was a little kid, like when I was about 5. I don't know how I would be because before that I don't think I would have liked to learn a new lang, martial arts, drawing, watching amv, or even be here right now.

    how has anime affected me?... well hmm i guess that if i didn't get into anime i would of never of found AO, and never would of really talk to people half way across the world, and never of met the ppl that u have met here.

    other than that well, i guess it has gotten me to use image altering software like gimp but i really don't have enough time to use and learn it properly. oh and i guess it has helped my improve on my japanese, and i always wanted to learn another language, soooo i guess thats a good thing.

    but thats all i think that it has done, nothing 2 drastic really (well i think)..

    It hasn't affected me very mush, I had similar habbits and traits even before I got much involved in anime. It gives me something to think about, discuss, and keeps me busy. o.O *shrugs*

    Anime has taught me a lot of things about Asian culture that I would not have known otherwise.

    anime has effected me because im alot more open to other culters not just mine and it gives me an excuse to act silly and dress up
