Well, its great if the music is good, but if its not then you can always just skip through it, or if ur watching it on tv, do something else with the sound off. I personally don't think its that important.

Yeah ,but still sometimes when only one scene or two is changed in the OP or ED you wouldn't notice it that way

It's not that of a spoiler but since i was talking about season 2 i thought i should put that way ,anyways! and many other cases like the endings of Bleach from episode 25 - 33 (not exactly sure but around that) or even the newest OP of bleach (Kifune was added and some scenes were replaced with some others ,i relly like that kind of change ,lolz

Well, since I'm crazy about music, the opening and the ending must go with the anime perfectly. But there are times when I like the anime but not the music and I just skip those parts, sadly.
For example, I LOVE the music in Nana and how they changed the opening and ending songs every 10 episodes, that was great.I could never go tired of listening to them.
And the songs have to be powerful, not put you to sleep. At least the opening one.So, yes, music is very important, mostly because it can also be an oportunity to find new cool and talented artist. ^^
Heaven holds a sense of wonder and I wanted to believe that I'd get caught up when the rage in me subsides.

Its so important it makes me just wana watch it more just about the song makes me get exited.
And it also shows the anime that plays in the anime so opening and endings rock!

The opening theme is an importand part of whether I'll like it or simply skip it.But if the theme is good it changes my mood if I'm not feeling alright resulting to loving the anime more, don't care much about ending theme but if it's good, that's a lot better.

I would not really say that the opening and ending music affects my decision on continuing to watch an anime, but it does get my attention. Rather than trying to check out an anime with an okay opening music, I probably would be taken in first by the opening. I do often check out a series solely based on the music, but eventually I just check around for anime with good reviews regardless of the quality of the songs in the opening and/or ending. The point is that the quality of the anime based on its story and originality is what matters most to me.

ending and opening songs are somehow important for me because it makes you have the first impression of the anime, but sometimes when the songs are really nice, you would actually feel that its a good anime series. It makes you stay still until you reach the real important part. (specially when you really liked it!). But then, It depends on the person if she would prefer having the songs significant to tell the overall.

the opening music and the ending music are the most important part of an anime becuaseit sets the mood in the beggining and leaves you wanting to watch more at the end
