    Re: Longest Animes Ever

Well I can say I am a fan of some of the animes on your list, like dba, dbz, naruto, bleach, detective conan... And I am not going to go as far as and say people who like dbzgt isn't real fans, but it did go down hill after the cell saga...^_^ As for naruto and bleach I am the person who bought into the characters. I love naruto's determination, even though most find it annoying. I love the concept of darkness and light of two paths the anime portrays. As for bleach as many characters they have and the lack of details of some of their past I find interesting... As for detective conan I thought it was unique when I first saw this anime, even though I am no where near where I should be on being up to date on it... I still haven't found out if he got his original body back...lol I think I am on episode 40+... I just get depressed when I found out how many episodes there really was when I looked it up...lol But believe me I am going to find the motivation one day to catch up. This is one anime I want the complete box set of though... I don't want to have to surf the net for that many episodes...lol

The heart can't lie... Truth is... I love you!!!

    Re: Longest Animes Ever

Longer shows doesn't mean lower quality. There's just a certain style to long anime; instead of fairly short stories with very satisfying beginnings and endings, long series rely on suspense to stretch out the episodes, and the original goal(s) of the main characters only come after a ton of work. Sometimes, the endings just aren't that satisfying, because they're often rapped up too fast. Or occasionally, the original goal is kind of changed at the last minute and there's a certain "What now?" quality to it.

I totally agree, fillers & those stuff makes me sometimes lose my interest in some series
