Thread: Looking for an anime

Hello im trying to find an anime that came out awhile back about these people living on earth or some weird country and the teenagers would grow to have these special powers the main guy could change his left arm and had three spikes on his back he used as bullets to power his arm and he would charge in destroing shit. There was a military force that was made up of the special teens used to control the kids who used there power to get shit they wanted or something anyway the main guy of the military and the main guy end up fighting to improve one anothers powers until they both have like a full suit of armor with there power and the main guy looked like a lion other guy was grey blue if i recall that right. if anyone knows the name please share thx.
