yeah, you could try Last Exile, it's really tight!, with great pictures!Or even Hikaru No GO! It's not so much actiony, but it does have a great storyline.This last one is 6th on my top ten list, it's not a anime ''yet'', but you could buy its manga, its called 'Death Notes''.

You should try to check out Naruto, Rurouni Kenshin, Samurai Gun (^^), Samurai Champloo, and Ninja Scroll. All of them are fulled with action, and amazing fights like in Bleach, though they are not very similar to Bleach, but I am sure that you won't regret it. ^_^

Naruto is pretty good since it's very long, so you don't have to live through the moment of disappointment like when you like the anime but the series is short. However, I would recommend Samurai Gun like Shinku did, though it has poor ratings overall, the series is quite enjoyable if you like dark animes. ^_^
