Makoto Shinkai

I'm big fan of Makoto's movie Beyond the clouds(place promised in our early days)
so i'm wondering is here anyone else who is also a fan.

Beyond the clouds was far as I know made with every small crew and
using only computer. And storyline in really nice and you can really watch it
four times without getting bored.

If someone knows any other OVA's or movies made by Makoto Shinkai-sama
please let me know.

His works are alright, the big highlights of his works are the obvious high quality art and animation done by his Mac.

Other works hes done are Voices of a Distant Star the one where he got famous for, She and Her Cat. You can look up his name on animenewsnetwork. As of now he is working on his new anime, "Other Voices"? Ok thanks alot, I think I have seen Voices of distant star (mecha and long wait
with text msg to come?)
But She, and her cat is total stranger for me.
Gotta go and dig that up somewhere.

Oh my, I loved Voices of a Distant Star, it's a true classic, in my opinion. But, I haven't seen his other work entitled as The Place Promised in our Early Days, which is the one you mentioned NightFox ^^, but I will surely watch it since you said that it was great. Oh yeah, he also made one called as Kanojo to Kanojo no Neko, which means She and Her Cat, but it is very short in length, though. Still, it's worth to know about it since you are his fan like meself.
