I know it wouldn't be inuyasha without her, and she isnt unbarable, sometimes shes funny, but kagome. The girls go crazy over her and inuyasha worrying over each other, but she does it too much, and same goes for her screaming his name.
Okay, Death Note has Misa Amane, who I think is one of the most harass and loud-mouthed characters of any anime series. She doesn't shut up with her constant dribble of her and Light living together "Forever and Ever." I'm sure there are others of course, tell me the most dramatic and annoying female anime characters you know, but be descriptive.
