Name that Anime!

I know I posted this question in another thread, but I promise I will not post this question in another thread. I really like this anime music video. The song it plays is Madonna's "Like A Prayer". I don't know why this site didn't named the title of this anime. I really want to know the title so I can look for it and watch it. Please someone help me. I really appreciate it if someone names the title. Thank you!

The brunette girl changes into the blond girl using a wand that looks like Sailor Moon's wand.

The blue hair boy changes into some type of ninja and the girl doesn't know it's him. Later in the video he reveals who he is by removing the veil thing he is wearing. If you want to know more, then let me know. I hope this all helps.

I finally found the name of this anime after looking at a lot of websites. The name of this anime is Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. Thank you to anyone who tries to figure it out even if you just viewed this thread. Now I'm going try to find this anime and watch it. :)
