Good morning Fellow AO members,
I have a question to ask ~~
"Can anyone tell me what this anime is?"
I wasn't sure whether this belonged in the Cyber lounge or the Anime/manga section, soo sorry.

Also if you know which anime it is, can you also tell if it is an animated series, film etc?

She is Plenair from the PS2 game "Disgaea". Disgaea has also an anime series but I'm not sure if she is in it...in the game she was an NPC that you talked to.
