Friend Pokémon? How do you make them a "Friend" Pokémon? Or are they just specific, pre-set Pokémon you come across throughout the progressive of the game that you can keep permanently...? :/

Hm, I wonder if there is an Action Replay DS code that has so any Pokémon doesn't want to leave you, so any captured Pokémon are "Friend Pokémon". :O
Anyways, I wonder just exactly how long it was that Lucario was pwning Team Galactic. :P
