If You Want Gory Anime Then Pick Bleach, Hellsing , Demon Ice Kyo , Sin , Ghost In the Shell , Baki the Grappler(only few gory scenes though) ,and Dark Fury.

if you like dark anime death note is good but if you live in the U.S you can only find it online in japaness with english subs oh and DN angel is good to

I would suggest Requiem from the Darkness and Perfect Blue. Both are very dark, with a lot of adult themes. Vampire Princess Miyu might be a good one for you, too.
