Rurouni Kenshin

I remember reading the first through 5 volume and I liked it a lot, mainly because of its combination of action, humor, heroism, honor, and oroness.

I think I only watched all the anime once but went back and watched random episodes. Did you watch the OVAs?? What did you think of them?

I think it might have been last year..maybe that I finally finished the manga. But taking in the OVA ending...I still have to say I really like the manga ending better...It's just happier >>; But anyways, what do you think??

XD Oh im sorry...Well its not that big of a difference in age, but yeah.
I watched most of the OVA's because of the library, but then my late fee's got out of control and I could finish the anime. -__- It made me mad!

I havent finished the manga ending either...I was right at the end of both of them too. XD Mind telling me how both end? (Dont forget the spoiler thingy. If you post it.)
But I kinda like the anime better, maybe just because it's moving? lol
But both are really good in my opinion. ^^

i loved this show till they just cut it pff all of a sudden, i would read it but its way to:(: boring..

yea, this anime was probably one of the first samurai animes that got me interested in, guess what, samurais! It also turned me on to other animes... :D:

Yeah not too big a difference. :) Oh yes, library's and their evil late fees. >.< I know them a little too well. >>; But the library I go to pretty much fails so far with the collection of anime. Manga however...that section seems to keep growing :D

Of course Kenshin "wins" the "fight" with his brother-in-law. Kenshin takes Kaoru to meet Tomoe. Enishi gets away from the police guys and goes to that one place that Kenshin retreated to when Kaoru "died." Enishi gets reunited with his dad wither he knew it or not lol. Um...that doctor lady Megumi I think her name was...before she leaves town she talks to Kenshin about his sickness. Kenshin already knows about it and all that. Then Sano gets chased by the police I think it was and he decides to see the world. Which he does lol. Um...Kenshin and Kaoru have a son. Yahiko grows up <3 and is awesome. Kenshin gives him his reverse blade and they talk. And there's a chapter of Yahiko's awesomeness ^^; and at the every end everyone gets together for a picnic kind of event. I can't remember for sure but I think Sano and Saito are the only ones that don't show up for the picnic.

For the anime...I'm sorry I don't remember ending for the series. But for the OVA ending...

Kenshin shares his sickness with Kaoru. Their son is...rebelling >>; and Kenshin is pretty much on his death bed when Sano sees him again and his hair is like...wow xD lol. But yeah Sano trys to help Kenshin but in the end Kenshin...if I remember right...dies in Kaoru's lap under some trees.

I can't really remember anything else. Sorry. >.<

Anime version = more to the awesome fight scenes...lol

XD I owe like $50...because of some dumb CD that my mom never returned and I didnt have the time to...
Yeah our library's decent (at least the last time I went to it...which was like last summer. XD) it probably grew by now though. lol

Oh I see...that sucks! But the anime version creates more drama...I guess.
It's also kinda funny to me because I have a curse with anime guys that I like.
