Rurouni Kenshin anime's

Hi everyone, I was just wondering abour Rurouni Kenshin animes. Exactly how many of them are there?.Jan

I think there are 95 episodes.

the tv series is 95 episodes.
the ova is 4 episodes.

i think there are two more im not sure. a 2 ova episode Reflections and samurai x movie or something. correct me if im wrong.

what about "the Meji box" or something like that? Isn't that a series?

Actually, there are 97 episodes in total, two of the 97 episodes being some special episodes, and were not brought to US.

* Rurouni Kenshin: Wandering Samurai [Season 1]: 27 episodes.

* Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend of Kyoto [Season 2]: 28-62 episodes.

* Rurouni Kenshin: The Romantic Tales of Meiji: [Season 3]: 63-95 episodes.

There is one OVA series, containing three discs:

* Samurai X: Trust [Disc 1]

* Samurai X: Betrayal [Disc 2]

* Samurai X: Reflection [Disc 3]

There are also movies based on Rurouni Kenshin, I have seen one of them, but I cannot recall its name.

The name of the (unbelievably crappy) RK film is "Ishinshishi no Requiem" or "Requiem of the Ishinshishi" in English.

it was a decent movie better than some anime movies,but it could have been longer and more action.Some of the dialogue kinda kills the build up to the action.

like everyone said here........but u must see the OVAs coz it does give u more of an understanding about Kenshin Himura n u get to see Saitou tho i was dissappointment to not see more of tht fight

Reading the manga will give you the same information if not more.

Yep,the manga goes into a deeper look at the Enishi Yukishiro story arc,lots more fighting and characters.
