Yes, the Knights of the Zodiac was a water donw version of Saint Seiya. It was so edited that Dic totally ruin the reputation of Saint Seiya here in the US, but anywhere else is still big.

If, I'm right about that intro theme thing, then thanks to the American version, that anime is awesome. Sometimes all it takes to like an anime is a great intro theme.

I find it to be alright. One of the guys at work is a complete nut fan of the series. I've found the Movies to be very repetitive.

Andromeda - "Oh Gosh! I'm getting my butt kicked!"

"Don't worry, you're big brother is here!" And thus saves Andromeda and kicks the enemies ' butt.

Then there is always one that dies face down in water. One that seems to always fall off a cliff type thing. And of course Seiya always gets is butt kicked, thus being able to call on his uber cloth power!

The series wasn't bad though. But I'd like to get my hands on the uncut version.

The intro is awesome but Cartoon networ "Knights of the Zodiac" (not Saint Seiya) it was really bad. I mean almost everything was so edited and the Voice-Overs sound it like the characters from spoge bob. although I still prefer the orinal opening. have you hear it yet?

The uncut version is really good and now since the anime didn't do so good they have the series on sale. you can get each box set for about $35. that is really good considering each box set has 30 episodes. However ADV films only dub 61 out 73 form the firts saga.

Sounds like what happened to Sailor Moon. A few of the eps here and there were left out.

The Hades Chapter is still in the making, episode 26 through the end will be aired in November. There is a big debate among Saint Seiya fans if there would be a Zeus Chapter after Elisyion Chapter.

Saint Seiya is pretty popular in Central/South America and Europe (specially France). The Mexican dub is considered the best in the Spanish speaking countries. Unlike, the Spanish dub from Spain which sucks so bad that it would make you want to kill the voice actors, if you speak Spanish that is.

That saint Saga is he from the Hades and Sanctuary chapters or is he in all of them, as I have the sanctuary and Hades games and found him on them.
