I haven't seen reload, but it is the sequel to Saiyuki. There is also Saiyuki Gunlock as well which should be the third installment. The first installment I enjoyed...slightly, so I have been keeping the reload and gunlock on the shelves collecting dust.

I don't care for the art style myself, nor the characters or weapons for that matter; it is a descent series I suppose. Not too shabby for just trying to kill some time when a better series isn't available.

well I have seen a few eps but they were pretty interesting.
It has a little bit of everything: magic, shooting, gore, violence, and even some funny moments

I've only watched Saiyuki. Reload and Gunlock are sitting on my shelf collecting dust.

I'm a huge Saiyuki/Reload fan. I don't watch the anime, but I've read all the books that the publishers have released and I think that Minekura is brilliant. It's a good combination of action and plot enhancement. They still have their mission to India to stop Gyumaoh's resurrection, but now they have to fight others, including their friends. The quest is becoming more taxing, physically, emotionally, and psychologically. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series and more from Minekura (such as her manga Wild Adapter).

I've seen the anime entitled Saiyuki gunlock fullyloaded(?) and Saiyuki Reload on AXN and Animax. I don't like the way they draw the anime's attire. But then, the story line is still the same, I guess... I would prefer to watch the anime entitled Gensomaden Saiyuki. It's a bit different from Saiyuki reload and gunlock(I guess, it's because of their attire). I'm not sure whether Saiyuki Gunlock, Saiyuki Reload and Gensomaden Saiyuki are the same. Hey, are they the same? Hmn...

I just recently got into saiyuki like a year ago and im still watching it online ( cause youtube took them off but I found them again) and Im on 44. Um, I not sure about the plot but from what i've heard the reload english voice actors pretty much destroyed the show. So when I get done with the first season im going to watch the reload and gunlock in japanese

Yeah, I seen Reload, never really got inta it. Probably 'cause I hadn' seen the first Saiyuki, so I was; at first; a little confused. If I ever get a chance ta, I might watch, or read, the first one.
