Would any one of you anime lovers know of some good shojo series, both anime and manga? I'm a shojo type gal, and love romance between two characters. I have read Ayashi No Ceres, Imadoki!, Alice 19th, .. basically everything by one of the most loved shojo creators in Japan, Yuu Watase. So if any of you would happen to know of another creator, or series in general, please tell me which series or creator it is, and why you recommend them. If it is a series, please offer the name of the creator. If you don't remember, then it's fine.

Well i really liked Fushigi Yūgi becuase of its story line and its characters in the story, iv seen the anime (just about all of em i think)and started to read the manga after watching the anime, defiantly like Yuu Watase work my next one to see and read is Ayashi No Ceres.
Also iv seen X dident really get it in the end but over all it was good the characters and animation was good,but the story line kinda threw me off but thats just me.

How about "Absolute Boyfriend". For some reason my friends fight that simple book. I never seen it but they love it.

I started reading Absolute Boyfriend when if first showed up in Shoujo Beat. But I never really was into the whole.. persecom/robotxhuman thing. I read Chobits and didn't like the ending because Hideki eventually chose Chii. She is a robot.. and he is a human, wth. So I'm not really into cyborgs pairing with humans. Thank you for the offer, though!How about "Absolute Boyfriend". For some reason my friends fight that simple book. I never seen it but they love it.

Some titles that I recommend:
Othello (manga) by Satomi Ikezawa
Genre: Psychological, comedy, romance.
About a girl who develops split personality.
Very funny and entertaining. Clearly one of my favorites, I liked this one because it doesn't fall in with other typical shoujo titles.
Vampire Knight (manga) by Hino Matsuri
The story is not really impressive (I think it is yet to be unraveled) but the artwork is really well done. This title is really addictive probably because of the bishies?
Honey and Clover (anime)
You can't go wrong with this one. Soft pastel animation and beautiful insert songs, The storyline is simple about a group of friends figuring out their lives and coping with love. I really liked this one because of its simplicity.
