I think they definitely should have ended the series (I mean completed it). There was just too much storyline left unanswered. I'm glad to hear that there's a new Hellsing series coming out. Frickin' awesome!
I'm kinda on the fence about this one. I haven't really seen the anime series, but I heard it really wasn't like the manga. Though, I've heard that Hellsing Ultimate is going to kick ass, so I'm really excited to see that.
Either way, Hellsing is one of the best manga/animes out there, rather if one perfers the manga over the anime or not.

You're right, the anime isn't much like the manga, but many times that's the case; it keeps things interesting. I love Hellsing tho and i can't wait for Hellsing Ultimate either...Kohta Hirano is a f**king genius, so is Yasuhiro Nightow for that matterOriginally Posted by Liko

now back to the point, is there a new hellsing? are they going to follow the manga? and yes the ending was perrrrrrrfict. it kept me wanting more witch is the mark of a good anime.
he is right, i hope that the new hellsing is as good as the anime
