Thread: Sky Crawlers

The Sky Crawlers was actually based from a novel series--spanning five books total--that I haven't had the opportunity to read. I just watched the film adaptation last week when Peach_Follows rented it from the McDonald's RedBox.

It's about a group of young fighter pilots who are involved in dogfights (aerial warfare). I was kinda confused at first when watching the movie, because you don't really get any direct answers to any of your questions until later in the movie (I suppose that's what makes a good story). Either way, I was pleased with 'The Sky Crawlers'. It had great animation, the aerial action was pretty cool and the story was unique.

Has anybody seen this movie before? What did you think of it? Like, or dislike? If you haven't seen 'The Sky Crawlers', I recommend that you go out and rent/buy it. If I had the money, I'd own it right now. ^_^
