All these are very good, but if you like action you should watch some of the old-school anime like Outlaw Star or G Gundam. Those are some of my favorites.

I just finished Strawberry Panic.
very sweet, I liked it a lot. The plots pretty simple, easy and funny. just a nice anime overall.
