Well i can tell you tho the dvd set doesn't go farther the whole monga set does so i strongly recamend you get it and read the tenjo tenge monga set it has what the dvd's left out so you c an find the answers you seek there:P
It certainly isn't "Tengho Tenge". You probably misspelled "Tenjoh Tenge" or "Tenjho Tenge".
The correct way to spell it in English is "Tenjō Tenge". Or you could just call it "Heaven & Earth"

The anime doesn't have an ending. You'll have to read the manga to find out. And the manga isn't finished yet either.
^ Yeah the manga is still ongoing and it's getting boring.
