Top 10 anime girl characters

I was reading a recent list that rated the top ten anime girls (using beauty, personality, role in a series, etc) as the criteria. That list ranked the top ten as follows:

1) Sakura - Naruto
2) Asuka - Neon Genesis Evangelion
3) Ishizu - Yu-Gi-Oh
4) Ringo Noyamano - Air Gear
5) Kitsune - Love Hina
6) Bulma - Dragon Ball Z
7) Kaoru Shimizu - Major
8) Miki Hashiba - Suzuka
9) Haru Miura - Katekyou Hitman Reborn
10) Kaede - Negima

Admittedly, some of these I had never heard of, but I was curious as to what others thought. Who on this list is your #1 and why (please do not just make a list as I read that was against the rules here)?

Personally, I like Haru Miura the best as she is quirky and weird, similar to the personality of many of my female friends.
