Top 3 Anime

I tend to watch a lot of anime through YouTube and have been stuck in regards to new ones to watch since I'm still waiting on Bleach to show episode 111. So, out of all the anime you've seen, what would be your top 3 choices and why? Maybe this'll also help me on some ideas as to ones I haven't watched but could find.

My top three are:
Bleach
I love Kon, the story line, Ririn, and the awesome fight scenes. There's always seriousness and laughter, sometimes all in the same episode.

Chobits
I love sci-fi, and humour. Chii and Hideki are hilarious, but there's a cute love-story to it too, with a twist of course.

Gungslinger Girl
Haha, its the female version of Vash the Stampede.. it just cracked me up.
