For those of you who haven't seen the schedual, on Sept. 9th, both the anime series 'Bleach' and 'Trinity Blood' have their premier on late night Adult Swim. Adult Swim has already posted the profile page (with trailer) for 'Trinity Blood', with the Bleach profile expected soon...

I did a bit of research on Trinity Blood and this is what I've found...
Background:
The story and main character resemble "Hellsing" somewhat, so I'll have to see if it's as good as "Hellsing".Quote:
In the distant future, after the destruction from the devastating Armageddon war which made civilization collapse, the war between vampires and humans still continues to go on. In order to protect the humans, an organization known as The Vatican has risen up to bring peace to the land. But in order to ensure that humans will be in no danger from vampires, The Vatican has employed a priest known as Abel Nightroad(protagonist), who travels as a representative of The Vatican. Abel is a Crusnik, a being that exists to suck the blood from vampires. While representing The Vatican, he is also a member of "Ax", a spec ops group controlled by Cardinal Catherina. Armed with his gruesome blood scythe, Abel makes known that he is at the top of the food chain, but his encounter with a young girl called Esther will determine the struggle and survival between the human race and the vampires.

This series contains 24 episodes.
This series contains blood, violence, profanity, and nudity.
This anime is from the same studio that made "Hellsing".
The main character(Abel) resembles Alucard from "Hellsing" a lot.
Also, considering what it contains, I'll see how much Adult Swim will tone down a few things.
I can't wait! Also for people who have Dish Network, the anime line-up for the Colours channel will be 4 hours a day for Dish Network next month.
I hope that there wan't alot of editing though, i will look forward to watch this show, many of otaku freinds have told me about this show.

I think it's cool that as is getting some new anime (I love InuYasha and the others but they are over-played). My problem is I can rarely if ever watch as on a regular bases.....oh to have tivo
Its about time soemthing new anime came on adultswim. I think they should put some Gundam series back.
