Thread: Trying to remember the name of an anime

I am trying to remember a name for an anime that I watched before on Comcast's ON Demand before they stopped it. I remember the plot if that should help: There is a boy in a place where power matters. Turns out the guy's power is weak. Of course there is a girl in his past that moved away and he promised to marry her. When he gets into High school. He comes to find out that his future child is suppose to be really powerful. So now any higher up woman that knows about it is after him. Except one girl who wields a katana is trying to kill him.
