    Smile Useless anime characters

    There are a lot of useless anime characters out there that cant seem to do anything right. these characters get a lot of screentime but they dont really contribute to the plot. The best example i can think of would probably be mihoshi from tenchi muyo. Does anyone else know of other useless characters?
